Design Partner Subscription by Sergey Steblina
This agreement is between Sergey Steblina, a freelance designer based in Rotterdam, Netherlands, and the client subscribing to the Design Partner service. By subscribing you agree to these terms in full.
Graphic design services are provided on a subscription basis including but not limited to: banners, social media assets, layouts, presentations, print preparation, logo design, and brand collateral. A full list of included and excluded services is available on the website.
One active request is processed at a time. Delivery is within 3 working days from the moment a complete brief is received. Complex tasks may take longer. The client will be notified upfront.
Each request covers one design task with up to 2 concepts and the necessary size adaptations. Size adaptations are included when the design concept and content remain the same across all formats. Changes to content or concept in different sizes, or more than 2 concepts, are treated as separate requests.
All work created under this subscription becomes the full property of the client upon receipt of payment for that billing period. Sergey Steblina retains the right to display completed work in the portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Each request includes up to 2 rounds of revisions within the scope of the original brief. Changes to the original brief after work has begun are treated as a new request and placed at the end of the queue.
The client has 48 hours to review delivered work and request revisions. If no feedback is received within 48 hours, the work is considered approved and the next request begins.
